It can get you into a negative sugar or salt cycle where you eat more of those foods, which in turn makes you feel even more guilty. You might then decide it's not worth to continue your lifestyle healthy eating. It is always useful to persevere. Remember that life is to live and food is here to help us, not hinder us.
