The diets that I tried were tedious to say the least. I tried strict no carb diets that left me craving carbohydrates so bad that I ended up wanting them more than before I was on the diet. I tried no fat diets that were fairly strict and were in all honesty quite unenjoyable. Lets be honest, food is one of our greatest pleasures in life. We want to enjoy it.....but not overindulge in it.
