So, time for a fresh start on my diet plan. It’s going to be pretty simple really. I’ll be keeping a food diary and trying to consume less than 1500kcals a day. The premise is simple, if I use more than I consume, then I’m losing weight. Thanks to agreeing to taking part in an obesity study, I’ll be monitored monthly. So, here are my starting facts: Weight this morning: 136.1kg (that’s 300lb) with a BMI of 40.7 (not good) Attitude: Determined Breakfast this morning was 2 Weetabix (127kcals)
