hello, ive recently been trying to lose some weight. its definitely not something major at this point but if i let it go.... so i just started with it yesterday with running, weight training, watching what i eat all that stuff. im just mostly concerned about what i eat i know that starving your self doesnt help, and eating the wrong thing can throw everything off balance. now from what ive read, this is what i should go by... six 400 calorie meals a day (and or) 2400 calories
