The Los Angeles Lakers won Game 5 of the NBA Finals Sunday night to cut the Boston Celtics’ lead to 3-2 and send the series back to Boston. Los Angeles didn’t play perfectly and they weren’t even all that impressive in the must-win contest, so the sentiment from most Lakers fans that I know went something like this: “I’m just glad we didn’t let them close us out at home â€" this gives us something to build on for next year.” Next year?
