Here’s my week 2 update and video… I started the week at 208 lbs. I walk/ran 3 miles once. I mowed my lawn and sweat out 4 lbs. I ate consciously aware of the kinds of foods I was eating. I decided that I am going to do the South Beach Diet. I weighed-in this morning at 207. I’ve also decided that my weekly updated will come on Mondays as opposed to Carlos‘ suggestion of weekends.
