Well I did it. I went to the gym and worked out for 50min. I did 30min on the elliptical (which was hard to stay on that long) and then 20min on the treadmill. I tried to do a run/walk interval but that was a no go as I had really pushed my legs on the elliptical and they werenât having any running. OMG I am FAT! It is funny how I have been able to hide behind most clothes with my what I believe is a 15lb gain (dunno, will weigh in for the first time on Sat) but workout clothes? I cannot hide.
