I have worked in an office for the majority of my adult life and it sure is difficult to stay slim/thin. Just sitting at a desk in front of a computer all day is not only extremely boring but can also play havoc with your waist line due to the fact that you are unable to do any real exercise. It can be very hard to resist the temptation of food, food which is basically a way or removing the boredom.
