hi guys im 90 pounds female 27 yr old asian i do 1hr cardio, 1 hr of yoga everyday and 3-4x a wk of strenth training i eat v minimal where for breakfast i have 2 types of fruit for lunch i have 4tbsp of brown rice and stir frys and for dinner i have a glass of skim milk and for snack i have nuts and yoghurt. estimating to about 1000 calories a day. i want to just lose 4 pounds to go back to my old weight last yr, where i felt v comfortable in my own skin and ive been on this die
