I think I simply wait too long before I eat a meal, and I wind up very hungry. This leads to eating too much and eating the wrong things. I've got to plan my menus better. I've also got to start taking more food from home with me to work, even though I don't have to pay for my meals at work. Taking them with me will mean I have more control over the ingredients.
