There is a new buzz word in weight loss and its called satiety. What this word means is the state of feeling full. Simply put, what it means is that you can have a bowl of oatmeal and get filled up pretty quickly but you it will take you a hamburger, large fried and a 16 ounce soda before you even feels as if you have eaten food. The oatmeal has a higher satiety level than your fast food meal.
