So .. Iâm 2 1/2 weeks into my diet and itâs still going well. Hereâs a chart of my progress: You can see that my weight has taken a downward trend, though the sawtooth you get from weighing yourself every morning is making me crazy (youâd get more stable action from some movers New York than my weight). Maybe thatâs why diet experts recommend you only weigh yourself once a week. Anyway, as long as the weight keeps dropping off, Iâm pretty excited. Iâve also joined The Domestic Divaâs 30 day
