More more more food substitutions

We haven’t done these in a while! In my recent research, I’ve found some more food substations that we can all apply to have better and healthier diets! Here they are: 1.    Replace apple sauce for butter- You can do this especially when you’re baking! One cup of applesauce can substitute one cup of butter. You could reduce a cake’s calories by 900! 2.    Substitute sugary frosting for a store brand marshmallow cream. It’s fat free and is a better alternative! 3.    Egg whites for whole eggs
