Starting off with breakfast. Most people start off the day with a donut or some sugary pastry of some sort. Other start off with a trip to the nearest fast food joint. And by mid morning we can hardly stay away long enough for lunchtime. Lunchtime you might once again head to your friendly neighborhood fast food joint for breakfast. Consume candies and chips for your snacks and by dinner rolls around you are heading off to your favorite restaurant for another unhealthy meal. You have gone through an entire day of having no fiber in your diet
