Eat Healthy Monday!

Today’s Tip: Avoid these foods:  1) partially hydrogenated oils; 2) high-fructose corn syrup; 3) choose a short ingredient list over a long ingredient list on any label, and; 4) look for two or more grams of fiber per 100 calories in all grain products such as breads, cereals, crackers and chips.
