I have tried almost every diet there is; each one left me feeling very dissatisfied with the results. I was overweight, and like most people who are overweight, I wanted results fast! Upon trying this new pattern of eating, I noticed right away that I had more energy. After about a week or so, I started to lose weight. I was honestly amazing at how easy it was. I didn't have to start jogging, and I didn't have to restrict my diet. All I had to do was eat smaller more frequent meals!
