A question that always runs in our minds is, how much calories do we really need to burn for an effective weight loss? How much is enough? The safest method is to consume 500 less calories each day in order to lose one pound each week. This has worked before, and will again, but there are a lot of people who really don't have that much time and wan to do it quickly.
