Most people who try to lose weight will invariably fail miserably. They find a plan, buy it or enroll on it, they try it for a few times and then when it doesn't work they give up miserable, depressed and frustrated. All the time the desired dream of fat loss and a new life is further and further away as they pile on even more pounds.
