I Exercise A Lot But Can't Lose Weight! Why?

Sometimes what happens is that even though we seem to be exercising a lot but just can't lose weight. The reason more often than not is stress! Stress to our minds is usually work related or home related or anything that is not going fine in our lives. Well, those are some of the factors but not the only stress factors.
