The eating of certain types of food coupled with lack of exercise helps in an increase in weight,which is a major cause of the serious health problem: Obesity, however eating red meat devoid of fat is better, for example it is better to eat trimmed lean ham which contains about 7gm fat per 100gm of meat than dry cured rind-on bacon which have 29gm fat per 100gm of meat.
