Our society is becoming heavier and heavier. We see more and more people toting around a potbelly. At the same time fat is circulating in our blood and cholesterol starts to accumulate in the arterial walls. So the accumulation of belly fat is an illustration of what is occurring inside our arteries. How can you reduce belly fat? The key to it all is overeating - you are eating too much food and/or too much of the wrong kind of food. A continuous diet of these foods will lead to cholesterol complications and diabetes later on down the road.
