Walk Your Way to Weight Loss

I am not sure about you but I am a person who has struggled to control my weight for the majority of my adult life. I have to admit that I am a lover of goods food and regularly enjoy dining out. A couple of years ago I realized that the time had come when I needed to lose some weight. I tried many a diet with a distinct lack of success. Eventually I did manage to reach my target weight and in this article I will be writing about the ways in which I achieved this.
