Obesity and fast foods are directly proportional to each other. If a person's daily diet consists mainly of fast food then there is a greater possibility that he would have put on a lot of extra weight. Fast food is a type of junk food and contains lots of fats, calories and carbohydrates. It is often consumed with a lot of colas which are themselves an agent of obesity. So it can be safely assumed that fast food helps people in getting overweight.
