If you've ever been more than a few pounds overweight you'll know just how hard it is to stick to a diet. We start off with tons of enthusiasm, looking forward to fitting into those clothes we've had stuffed in the wardrobe for the last year. After about a week or so of not being able to eat the things we enjoy, we start getting cravings. What begins as a whisper for that chocolate cake suddenly becomes so unbearable we give in.
