After a short blip off the City Pulse radar, Iâm back to confess my progress thus far! As you all know, I started training with Mike Shaw of New York Personal Training 4 weeks ago with a goal of losing 10-15 lbs. in one month. Since then, Iâve been training with Mike for 30 minutes a day/5 times a week followed by a 30-minute intense cardio session on my own.
