"How to lose weight very fast?" is a question anyone wanting to lose weight would be asking. Let's face it, who would want to use the stairs in a 30-story building when there is a better alternative of getting from floor to floor called "elevator" - "I sure as hell would rather the luxury of that elevator". I am sure like me; you would gladly jump on that elevator - which is an indicator that as humans, we are always looking for the easiest option of performing a task.
