Monday workout

I went to the gym this afternoon. I did 30 minutes on the arc trainer ("weight loss" mode) and 30 minutes on the stationary bike while reading T is for Trespass. I also did 30 minutes of weight machines while listening to Jesse and Gene's What's in it for us? Jesse and Gene were the morning guys on a couple radio stations here in Toronto years ago. They were hilarious!
