Historically people have been conditioned that in order to lose fat that you have to run yourself silly up and down the neighbourhood or spend countless hours in front of the television doing the latest fad DVD till smoke comes out of your ears and you are left panting in a heap on the lounge rug. Invariably afterwards you are so hungry that you end up back in the fridge poking at various nibbles. So what I am going to say may come as a little shock, but it is backed up by scientific experiments and also a good sound piece of logic.
