So, time for a fresh start on my diet plan. Itâs going to be pretty simple really. Iâll be keeping a food diary and trying to consume less than 1500kcals a day. The premise is simple, if I use more than I consume, then Iâm losing weight. Thanks to agreeing to taking part in an obesity study, Iâll be monitored monthly. So, here are my starting facts: Weight this morning: 136.1kg (thatâs 300lb) with a BMI of 40.7 (not good) Attitude: Determined Breakfast this morning was 2 Weetabix (127kcals)
